Food Wonder China - Flatbread

For a dirt cheap fill-me-up snack, visit one of the street vendors selling giant round pieces of flatbread. 30 cents will buy enough of the stuff to fill two people and it tastes delicious without anything on it. A little like a cross between Indian Naan bread and a French Crepe we could not figure out how they kept it so hot.
